Emergency or Safety Issues
If you ever feel unsafe or experience harassment during a booking:
1. Immediately stop the service if you feel uncomfortable.
2. Report the issue directly from the user’s profile or booking screen.
3. Our safety team will review the case within 24 hours and may suspend or permanently block the user if necessary.
4. In case of serious threat or danger, please contact your local authorities or police immediately.
