Welcome to SeekExperts! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SeekExperts mobile application and services (“Platform”, “App”, “We”, “Us”).

By downloading, registering, or using SeekExperts, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Definitions

"Customer" / "Seeker" – Any individual or business using the platform to book services.
"Expert" / "Service Provider" – Any individual or group offering services on the platform.
"User" – Refers to both Customers and Experts.
"Service" – Any task or work posted, accepted, or completed via the platform.

User Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use SeekExperts.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

Account Registration & Usage

You may register as a Seeker or Expert, or switch roles within the app.
You agree not to impersonate another person or use fake documents.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or misuse the platform.

Services & Booking

Customers can post service requests and choose from available Experts.
Experts may accept or reject requests based on their availability.
Once booked, both parties must honor the agreed date, time, and pricing.

Cancellations & No-shows

Seekers and Experts may cancel bookings before the start time.
Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in account warnings or suspension.
We reserve the right to mediate disputes and apply penalties if misuse is suspected.

Code of Conduct

General Conduct (For All Users):

• Treat all users with respect, honesty, and professionalism.
• No harassment, abuse, discrimination, or hate speech of any kind will be tolerated.
• Do not engage in fraud, misrepresentation, or harmful activities.
• Do not use SeekExperts for illegal, unsafe, or unethical purposes.
• Respect privacy and personal data of others.
• Do not hack, bypass, or manipulate the platform.
• No spamming, false advertising, or misleading listings.
• All communications must remain professional.
• Report suspicious or unsafe activity immediately.

Expert Responsibilities:

• Offer only services you are qualified or licensed to perform.
• Keep profile, documents, and qualifications genuine and updated.
• Maintain punctuality and reliability.
• No fake reviews or rating manipulation.
• Do not bypass platform policies or subscriptions.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and professionalism.
• Any misconduct or harassment will lead to termination.

Customer Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate job and review information.
• Treat Experts respectfully.
• Do not request illegal or unsafe services.
• Honor scheduled appointments and payments.
• Abuse or false complaints may result in suspension.

Ratings & Reviews

After each completed job, both Customers and Experts may rate and review each other.
Reviews are meant to build trust, transparency, and accountability.

General Guidelines

• Ratings must be honest and respectful.
• No offensive, defamatory, or false content.
• No personal contact or promotional content in reviews.
• SeekExperts may remove content that is abusive, fake, illegal, or misleading.

Verification & Liability

SeekExperts connects Customers with Experts but is not responsible for service outcomes.
Limited verification may include ID, phone, or document checks.
Verified Experts are marked with a badge.

SeekExperts does not guarantee user behavior, service quality, safety, or accuracy of information.

Expert Responsibilities (Safety)

Experts must verify customer safety and service location.
Experts are responsible for their own safety, tools, and property.

Customer Responsibilities (Safety)

Customers must ensure a safe, lawful, and respectful environment.
Harassment or unsafe conditions may lead to suspension and legal action.

Platform Disclaimer

SeekExperts is not a party to agreements between Customers and Experts.
The platform is not liable for loss, damage, injury, or disputes.
Users use the platform at their own risk.

Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, designs, and code belong to SeekExperts or licensors.
Content is protected by intellectual property laws.
Users may not copy, modify, or distribute without permission.
Unauthorized use may result in suspension and legal action.
User-generated content remains owned by users, but SeekExperts may use it for platform operations.

Privacy

We respect your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy for details.

Termination

You may delete your account anytime.
SeekExperts may terminate access if terms are breached, fraud occurs, or required by law.

Changes to Terms

Terms may be updated periodically.
Continued use means acceptance of revised terms.
